Avocado, Almond, and Milk Smoothie:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup milk (can be almond milk, coconut milk, or cow's milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Ice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Peel and pit the avocado.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, almonds, milk, and honey (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice to taste and blend again until the smoothie is well chilled.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
