😋Red berry smoothie

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of frozen berries (strawberries, cherries, blackberries, raspberries)

- 100ml of your preferred milk (dairy or plant-based, such as soy milk)

- 120ml of plain unsweetened yogurt (can be vegan if preferred)

- 1 ½ cups of ice

- Apricot to taste for sweetness

 

Tip:  This drink does not contain sugar; it is sweetened with apricot, which can be substituted with banana.

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add all the ingredients into the 700ml cup that comes with your hand blender and blend until all the ingredients reach a creamy consistency.

Step 2:

Take a glass of your choice, serve, and enjoy! On hotter days, after serving the smoothie in the desired glass, add more ice. You can also decorate the glass with a fun straw, some frozen berries, and chia seeds!
